A purified preparation of tetrahydroiso-α-acids containing both cis and trans isomers. Total iso-alpha-acids: 99.4% (w/w). Co-ratio of ICS-T3: 0.347. The concentration was determined by the International Subcommittee for isomerized Hop Alpha Acid Standard and considers only the major forms of tetrahydroiso-α-acids present, including tetrahydroisocohumulones, tetrahydroisohumulones and tetrahydroisoadhumulones. Can be used with EBC, ASBC and MEBAK methods for beer and hop products.
