International calibration standards for the HPLC analysis of hop products and beer
A purified preparation of dicyclohexylamine salts of α-acids. Total α-acids: 64.8% (w/w). The concentration was determined by the International Subcommittee for Isomerized Hop alpha-acids Standards and takes into account only the three main forms of α-acids present, including co-humulones, humulones and ad-humulones. Can be used with EBC, ASBC and MEBAK methods for beer and hop products.
